The “Hüttenstadt Elegie” leaves Berlin: Characters, technology and ensemble move to the Friedrich-Wolf-Theater

Wardrobe attendees, Tom Hanks, and the “Magnificent Seven” had their big rehearsal in Berlin – now the theater caravan is heading to Eisenhüttenstadt.

The "Hüttenstadt Elegie" is approaching its premiere: The revue's special characters recently met in the Berlin rehearsal rooms. The eccentric wardrobe mistress , the unexpected guest star Tom Hanks, and the "Magnificent Seven" formed a multi-voiced scene that blends humor, contemporary history, and fantasy.

At the same time, the final stage finishing touches were underway, while costumes were fitted, props completed, and technical sequences rehearsed. On Wednesday, the move follows : the ensemble, set design, costume department, and technical staff will travel to the Friedrich Wolf Theater in Eisenhüttenstadt, where final rehearsals will begin.

With the coming together of all parts – ensemble, Berlin production team and local participants – the anniversary project will finally come together into a larger whole in the coming days.
